Information to include
A clear support request includes:
- the registered email address;
- a short description of the problem;
- the relevant transaction ID, game name or promotion;
- the date, amount and payment method for a payment issue;
- a screenshot that does not expose a password, full card number or security code.
For a failed game round, include the game name, approximate time, wager and round ID when available. For a pending withdrawal, include the requested amount and payment method.
Account and payment security
Support does not need an account password, card security code, unmasked full card number or crypto wallet private key. Identity and payment ownership documents may be requested through CrocoSlots account verification.
A second account must not be created to solve a login or withdrawal problem. CrocoSlots permits one account per player, and duplicate registration can delay account review.
Complaints and disputes
A complaint must be submitted by the account holder. Support handles the initial review and escalates unresolved cases internally. The outcome is sent through the contact details registered to the account.
If the internal complaint process does not resolve the issue, the account holder can request independent alternative dispute resolution through EGIS under the Tobique Gaming Commission framework.
Privacy and responsible gaming requests
Personal-data requests are handled by the Data Protection Officer and can cover account-data access, correction, deletion or other rights available under applicable law. Requests can be sent to [email protected] with the subject line “Data Protection Request”.
Cooling-off, personal limits and self-exclusion are handled as priority account-control requests.
